An algorithm for determination of peak regions and baseline elimination in spectroscopic data

摘要: Abstract In the paper we propose a new algorithm for determination of peaks containing regions and their separation from peak-free regions. Further based on this background elimination which allows more accurate estimate beneath than algorithms known so far. The is clipping operation with window adjustable automatically to widths identified peak illustrative examples presented in prove favor proposed algorithms.
