摘要: This paper is an overview of vaccine antigens against malaria produced in plants. Plant-based expression systems represent interesting production platform due to their reduced manufacturing costs and high scalability. At present, different Plasmodium strategies have been optimized Furthermore, are one the few examples eukaryotic proteins with value expressed plants, making plant-derived model analyze. Up now, antigen plants has allowed complete synthesis these antigens, which able induce active immune response mice. Therefore, plant platforms offer wonderful prospects for improving access vaccines.
