摘要: Abstract Detailed calculations are presented for the production of O and CO in Martian atmosphere. The diffusion equations solved results compared with Mariner observations upper Marian An eddy coefficient 5 × 108 cm2 sec−1 is required to account these observations. Transport alone cannot explain small abundances O2 lower atmosphere Mars chemical schemes suggested earlier encounter various difficulties.
