摘要: A downstream external PHY interface (DEPI) apparatus for a modular-cable modem termination system (M-CMTS) cable complying with data over service specifications (DOCSIS) standard is provided. The DEPI an M-CMTS the DOCSIS includes: Ethernet transmitting packets to and receiving from providing device including at least one of core, video server, encoder; packet analyzer analyzing packets, thereby extracting control message classifying into corresponding sessions; controller interpreting extracted completing connection signaling session apparatus; transmission processor classified by outputting as MPEG-2 transport stream (TS) stream; output TS quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) modulator channel stream.
