摘要: Hybridoma cultures were produced by the fusion of SP2 mouse myeloma cells with spleen from mice immunized human pancreatic carcinoma cells. After limiting dilutions, three monoclonal antibodies, YPan1, YPan2, and YPan3, which bound to immunizing but not normal skin fibroblasts, further characterized. The antibodies found bind all seven cell lines other tested except some colon lines. When tissue sections examined using immunohistochemical techniques, identified antigens in carcinomas pancreases, only YPan1 showed strong positive staining. No cross-reactivity was seen carcinomas. results suggest that these may be usefully applied detection
