摘要: Aim. To summarize all relevant trials and critically evaluate the effect of acupuncture on heart rate variability (HRV). Method. This was a systematic review with meta-analysis. Keyword search conducted in 7 databases for randomized controlled (RCTs). Data extraction risk bias were done. Results. Fourteen included studies showed decreasing low frequency (LF) to high ratio (LF/HF ratio) HRV nonhealthy subjects normalized (LF norm) healthy subjects. The overall favour sham/control group (HF) (HF Significant HF LF/HF when performed ST36 among PC6 both subjects, respectively. Discussion. study partially supports possible modulating LF while previous reported that did not have any convincing More published work is needed this area determine if can be an indicator therapeutic acupuncture.
