摘要: A method of operating an SAR-type analog-to-digital converter to match the dynamic range input voltage signal be converted with full scale converter, including at least one array binary weighted capacitors. The includes step obtaining a digital gain code that represents ratio between and converted, applying capacitor so as charge only those capacitors having same weights bits have selected value, selectively coupling first second predetermined reference terminals according SAR technique, obtain output corresponding signal.
