摘要: Agents for inhibiting adsorption of proteins on the liposome surface and liposomes which are agglutination-free by binding said agent disclosed. The above-mentioned agents comprise a hydrophobic moiety hydrophilic macromolecular chain moiety. Adsorption plasma is inhibited due to exposed with result that agglutination in prevented. Therefore, there no danger embolism blood vessels flow when introduced into living body. Accordingly, especially highly useful as artificial erythrocytes large dose needed administration. Moreover, body, antibody protein (immunoglobulin) an antigen will be adsorbed produce foreign body recognition phagocytes (macro-phage) included macrophage disappear within short period time. Thus, inhibition can delay disappearance plasma. In addition, method preparing above-described
