摘要: Pharmaceutical composition comprising as active ingredient a compound of general Formula (I), wherein R1 stands for straight or branched chain alkyl 1 to 8 carbon atoms; phenyl having 7 10 phenyl; cycloalkyl 3 R2 atoms, atoms substituted by halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy 4 one two groups; with the proviso that groups and together contain at least three atoms. The invention also relates process preparation compounds (I) methods known per se. are psychostimulants new spectrum effect which can be used in therapy increasing psychical activity (learning retention) treating clinical patterns depression deficites learning retention like Alzheimer's disease, void side effects (e.g. due catecholamine release) stimulants.
