摘要: Fifty years have passed since the release of Kerner Commission’s findings, conclusions, and policy recommendations. This article first reviews recent trend cross-section analysis on racial employment earnings inequality before synthesizing evidence inequality’s causes speculating how these factors might shape future African American outcomes. In conclusion, it offers a framework for addressing nation’s persistent inequality.
