摘要: Hintergrund Die insgesamt seltenen distalen Femurfrakturen betreffen vorwiegend 2 Altersgruppen: junge Erwachsene, bei denen meist Hochrasanztraumen ursachlich sind und haufig erhebliche Weichteilschaden Zusatzverletzungen vorliegen, Patienten >50 Jahre. Bei Letzteren liegen in der uberwiegenden Zahl Falle Monoverletzungen nach Niedrigrasanztrauma vor.
