摘要: In a randomized, double blind, crossover study, 10 patients with stable exercise-induced angina pectoris were studied during acute and sustained therapy oral isosorbide dinitrate. Circulatory changes exercise performance evaluated before 2 6 hours after medication. Sublingual nitroglycerin was administered 30 minutes the hour tests test repeated another 5 minutes. Systolic blood pressure at rest dinitrate decreased by 25% phase, but only 11% phase (probability [p] This study demonstrates that 1) tolerance to hemodynamic antianginal effects of develops rapidly, 2) does not further prolong duration 1/2 administration, 3) prolongs when is no longer exerting beneficial effect, 4) there possible cross-tolerance between nitroglycerin.
