摘要: Abstract Background Discrepancies between bipolar patients' reports and neuropsychological testing have been described replicated. Unfortunately, no valid, specific, user-friendly, brief instrument is available to measure cognitive deficits as reported by these patients. The main aim of this study was validate a novel named the “cognitive complaints in disorder rating assessment” (COBRA). Second, we investigated relationship COBRA, objective measures illness course variables. Method total sample (N=215) included 91 patients 124 healthy controls. psychometric properties COBRA (e.g. internal consistency, concurrent validity, discriminative factorial analyses, ROC curve feasibility) were analyzed. A complete battery used assessment.
