摘要: The distribution of oedema fluid was examined in cats subjected to a cryogenic cortical injury. lesion made the parietal cortex, and animals were sacrificed 6 hr after serum concentration 125I bovine albumin kept constant over period by programmed infusion. Autoradiograms from coronal sections through used quantify densitometrically regional content extravasated albumin. After autoradiographic exposure, section stained with luxol-fast blue (LFB), degree LFB discoloration quantified.
