摘要: The c-Myc oncogenic transcription factor is known to regulate microRNA (miRNA) expression at the transcriptional level. However, little about function of in miRNA processing. Here, we report that Drosha, one most important components processing machinery, a target gene. transactivates drosha mRNA expression, thus upregulating Drosha protein A chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) experiment revealed binds directly E-box promoter. Both vitro and vivo assays demonstrated promotes by Overall, our study reveals previously unrecognised provides valuable insight into new aspect how regulates expression.
