摘要: The first high-resolution measurement of the ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{3}$ vibration (doubly degenerate asymmetric stretch) hydronium ion (${\mathrm{H}}_{3}$${\mathrm{O}}^{+}$) is reported. An analysis sixty transitions in symmetric and antisymmetric inversion states yields effective band origins 3530.165(55) 3513.840(47) ${\mathrm{cm}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$, respectively.
