40-year reform of farmland institution in China: target, effort and the future

摘要: Purpose Based on the brief historical review, purpose of this paper is to expound target and bottom line for farmland institutional reform in China, analyze “Chinese scenes” heritage arrangement, evaluate policies their effects over last four decades outline keynotes possible direction future reform.
