摘要: Purpose Based on the brief historical review, purpose of this paper is to expound target and bottom line for farmland institutional reform in China, analyze “Chinese scenes” heritage arrangement, evaluate policies their effects over last four decades outline keynotes possible direction future reform. Design/methodology/approach The builds analytical clue “institutional – policy effort realistic dilemma direction” review forecast Chinese reform.
