摘要: Abstract Cubic perovskite-type barium stannate (BaSnO 3 ) powders were successfully prepared under hydrothermal conditions. Hydrothermal treatment of a highly reactive co-precipitated stannic hydroxide gel and resulted to form well-crystallized single phase powder via an intermediate BaSn(OH) 6 . The optimum conditions 573 K for 120 s found the formation pure BaSnO synthesized product had fine microstructure, with grain size ∼7 μm. strongly depends on reaction temperature.
