摘要: Public Health (PH) in Europe has become much more vocal about its moral understandings since 1992. The rising awareness that PH issues were inseparable from of human rights and social justice almost self-evidently directed the agenda EUPHA European (EPH)-conferences. Problems cultural behavioural change, environmental on a global scale also added. Section Ethics invited EPH community to join 'arm chair thinking': coming together at conferences not only share 'how' 'what' research, practices policies but 'why'. Time been reserved genuinely discuss what values are stake work actively develop language framework for Ethics. challenge next decades is find ways involve general public cultivation shared literacy.
