摘要: Abstract The aging process at the cellular, organ and whole organism levels is in many respects a mystery. A common bias among those who study that cellular homeostasis “generally falls apart”. assumption of general deterioration does not take into account individuals age quite well maintaining even robust physiological mental functions. One facet studies has come to forefront impact on control ion messenger, calcium. Emerging evidence suggests despite age-related declines any one component or multiple components calcium buffering systems, compensatory mechanisms may be able maintain overall homeostasis. This brief review focuses specifically ability peripheral neurons messenger with advancing age. In addition, idea more subtle due complex integrated this discussed.
