During each visit, all about pain intensity. A tender point count obtained thumb palpation tenderness threshold specific assessed 4-point scale score determine global index. RESULTS: No major cultural adaptation needed Test-retest reliability coefficients (intraclass correlation coefficient) question ranged from 0.04 0.84. Two items (number when patient felt good visual analog stiffness) did not reach significant levels reliability. Internal validity good. correlated well SF-36 AIMS2 scores. psychological aspects those GHQ-28. None items. Similarly clinical data concerning assessment CONCLUSIONS: is valid instrument measuring functional disability health status FM. Some limited perhaps due variability multiple this syndrome.
