摘要: The paper examine the role and importance of firm level characteristics, technological capabilities, commercial capabilities factors inhibiting export activities as determinants performance in case Light Engineering Units Gujranwala, Gujrat Sialkot Districts. Empirical data from a survey 1201 engineering units Sailkot Districts is being employed for analytical purposes out which 318 were found to be involved activities. Multinomial regression logistic model has been utilized find probability exporter. Instrumental variable approach encompass innovation estimated results instrumental equation are than incorporated basic final estimation results. Results logit represent that all three measures positively improves LnRev/Month, product mix, manufacturing status firm, trade marks, registered size availability information cost competitiveness significantly contributing towards processes comprising new product, process major improvements positive with high odd ratios exhibiting their exports light sector. Average wage (-ve) means higher labor less likely chance will export. Non-cooperation Govt. agencies, financial problems, competition foreign markets expensive visits negatively associated
