摘要: The pathophysiology of pain syndromes refers to two groups experimental models aimed mimic inflammatory and neuropathic [1]. In the first case, an overstimulation peripheral nociceptors leads sensation abnormal sensory modalities characterized by changes in quality sensation, like allodynia or increased response painful stimuli such as hyperalgesia. second a lesion central pathways causes persistent that also comprises aberrant somatosensory processes, phantom limb. pain, fibres are intact no anatomical rearrangements spinal supraspinal tracts present. contrast, all involved transmission undergo severe take part syndrome generation evolution.
