摘要: Abstract We presented the structural, magnetic, and magnetocaloric data for perovskite TmFeO3. XRD revealed distorted orthorhombic structure (Pbnm) Spin-reorientation transition was confirmed through magnetic susceptibility. −ΔSM(max) is 13.72 Jkg-1 K−1 at temperature of 85 K under ΔH = 6 T, with RCP value 676 J/kg. values were increased applied field, possibly due to d-f exchange interactions. The hysteresis cycles are established different temperatures. These properties make it a potential candidate used refrigerants. For refrigeration application, very large capacity also required along entropy change value.
