摘要: Human blood monocytes, but not other Ficoll-Hypaque cells, adhere to plastic surfaces from which confluent BHK cells have been removed. EDTA (3 mM) rapidly and completely removes providing a simple technique for preparation of human monocytes in suspension. The method should be valuable studies monocyte function where monolayers are suitable.
