摘要: Social media have been established in many natural disasters or human‐induced crises and emergencies. Nowadays, authorities, such as emergency services, citizens engage with social different phases of the management cycle. However, research crisis informatics highlights, one remaining issue constitutes chaotic use by during emergencies, which has potential to increase complexity tasks, uncertainty, pressure for services. To counter these risks, besides implementing supportive technology, guidelines may help putting artefact theoretical contributions into practical authorities citizens.
