摘要: Abstract In this paper a macroscopic quantum oscillator is proposed, which consists of flux-qubit in the form cantilever. The net magnetic flux threading through and mechanical degrees freedom cantilever are naturally coupled. coupling between controlled an external field. ground state flux-qubit-cantilever turns out to be entangled state, where deflection freedom. A variant, special case without Josephson junction, also discussed.
