摘要: Abstract The glycopeptide analogue of eel calcitonin, [Asn(GlcNAc)3]-CT (1), in which N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) is attached to the asparagine residue peptide was synthesized using a thioester method build polypeptide segment and dimethylphosphinothioic mixed anhyride (Mpt-MA) for incorporation moiety. © 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
