摘要: To improve the way humans are interacting with robots various factors have to be taken into account. An evaluation framework for Human-Robot Collaboration humanoid addressing usability, social acceptance, user experience, and societal impact (abb. USUS) as is proposed (see figure 1). The theoretical USUS based on a multi-level indicator model operationalize factors. Evaluation described split up several indicators, which extracted justified by literature review. factor then combined methodological consisting of mix methods derived borrowed from disciplines (HRI, HCI, psychology, sociology). method allows all within lays basis understanding interrelationship Factors.
