摘要: Donor-specific anti-HLA antibodies were studied by cytotoxicity crossmatching (CTXM) and flow cytometry (FCXM) in 117 kidney transplant candidates; the same study was carried out 33 cadaver-donor recipients, during first 3 post-transplant months, for which donor cells available. Pre-transport evaluation showed that 82.9% of subjects CTXM negative/FCXM negative, 6.8% patients positive both tests, 10.3% negative/FCCM positive. Post-transplant monitoring donor-specific (Abs-DS) nine recipients (27.3%) FCXM positive; six them IgG + three IgM +. In comparing these results with clinical course, a significant association between IgG+ rejection episodes observed (P<0.01).
