摘要: The increased complexity of organizational contexts in the end 20 th century and beginning 21 st has resulted increment variables number to be considered during a performance evaluation. Therefore, many professionals began search methods that would enable simultaneous analysis multiple crite- ria. Thus, this paper investigated application multicriteria approach evaluate development subsystems complex products, by using PROMETHEE GDSS GAIA methods. To achieve objective, study on ITA-SAT satellite project was performed, which perception members regarding each subsystem carried out. Once these perceptions were captured, proposed used identify with less satisfactory performances. Finally, results analyzed brought discussion at meeting managers feedback conclusions study.
