摘要: Introduction: QF PCR has recently entered diagnostic practice as a possible way to bypass culturing of the fetal cells, well provide rapid response following amniocentesis. Material and methods: The effective value remains much debated issue, positions ranging from that it makes classic kayotyping obsolete except in special occasions, is no more than guideline for mandatory karyotype. Current practices gynecology specialists generates samples such fashion kariotyping quickly falls behind point obsoleteness, because, by time karyotype been finished, window opportunity termination pregnancy closed. Results: provides alternative, but necessary establish its reproducibility, an algorithm use along kariotyping. This study contains processed period August 1, 2012 December 31 2013 both Object this was compare results obtained two methods, confidence interval testing. Overall, 661 amniotic fluid were typed with PCR, out which 221 done parallel karyiotyping, confirmation results.
