摘要: Use of a laser beam as the source energy for penetration welding gives rise to long, thin cylindrical hole surrounded by molten metal. Material moves from front rear workpiece is translated relative laser, flowing around hole. A computer program has been written which solves equations governing 2-dimensional steady-state mathematical model in only spatial variations considered are plane perpendicular axis The uses method lines applied reformulation problem suitable solution isotherm migration technique.
