摘要: Abstract We studied angular dependence of vortex states in Sr 2 RuO 4 single crystals through magnetization measurements using micro-Hall probe. In a pristine sample, the width hysteresis loop decreases strongly when field is applied at large angle from c -axis. Through upper critical field, in-plane anisotropy estimated. heavy-ion irradiated samples, current density shows remarkable increase limited range, suggesting presence enhanced pinning due to introduction columnar defects. all irreversible dip structures close zero field. discuss this structure relation with time-reversal symmetry-breaking domains.
