摘要: Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in patients with chronic renal and most common allograft loss among kidney transplant recipients. Transplant often have multiple cardiovascular risk factors antedating transplantation. Among prominent hypertension (HTN), which affects at least 90% patients. Uncontrolled HTN an independent factor for loss. The etiology recipients complex multifactorial, including use essential immunosuppressive medications. Post-transplant management requires a systematic individualized approach nonpharmacologic pharmacologic therapies. There no single ideal agent or treatment algorithm.
