摘要: In this study, the preparation method and characteristics of silver (Ag) nanoparticle (NP) loaded polyamide 6 (PA6) nanocomposite its antimicrobial activity against Klebsiella pneumonia Staphylococcus aureus were investigated. The melt intercalation was used to prepare a series PA fibers containing, 0; 1; 3; 5 % (wt.) Ag. PA6/Ag exhibit increased efficiency with increase contents. On other hand, thermal characterization tests show that concentration Ag nanoparticles reduces mechanical properties due their partial agglomeration leading flaw generation. crystallinity found decrease about 10 %. This attributed faster cooling rate experienced in presence high conductivity particles.
