摘要: Mixed monolayers of 1-monostearoyl-rac-glycerol (StGl) and 1-(12-hydroxy)monostearoyl-rac-glycerol (12OH-StGl) were studied by means pressure−area (π−A) isotherms, Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXD). Thermodynamic analysis the π−A isotherms mixed films showed strong deviations from ideal behavior at all compositions. Negative ideality are observed in with low 12OH-StGl content. The molecules homogeneously distributed StGl matrix. inclusion decreases pressure which NN → NNN tilt transition occurs. A tilted phase an oblique lattice chain intermediate (I) direction is small xOH values.
