摘要: The effect of an acute elevation the serum magnesium concentration on concentrations immunoreactive parathyroid hormone (IPTH) were studied in hypocalcemic hypomagnesemic patients, hyperparathyroid and normal individuals. Basal IPTH patients ranged from undetectable to 3 times upper limit normal. All observed have immediate rise after administration regardless basal concentration. In contrast, individuals with primary secondary hyperparathyroidism responded either a decrease or little change These date indicate that stimulation PTH secretion induced by is characteristic magnesium-deficient state. consistency this response suggests impaired significant factor contributing hypocalcemia deficiency.
