摘要: Present Coomassie staining procedures require hours of destaining and/or have high backgrounds. This one-step procedure is easier, gives lower background with no loss in sensitivity, uses less chemicals, requires time, and can be followed by silver stain if increased sensitivity desired after analyzing the results.
