摘要: Recent studies from our laboratory with renal porcine tubular cell cultures gave evidence that taurine in an appropriate dosage and mode of application could markedly reduce the cellular damage due to hypoxia reoxygenation20, 21. Furthermore, supplementation led significantly improved metabolic conditions stimulated growth processes. Because well known pharmacological actions as modulator Ca2+ homeostasis6, 10, 12, 13, free radical inhibitor9, 14, osmoregulator6, 16, 17 possible role modulating factor, one aim this study was elucidate mechanisms which have been responsible for protection during subsequent hypoxia. Since many processes now recognized be mediated by changes cytosolic since concentration is involved different functions1–3, 5, 8, 11, 15, 18, 19 influence on intracellular homeostasis transmembraneous currents also investigated.
