摘要: Golf is a popular sport throughout the world, yet there little in literature that discusses mechanics of swing. The purpose this study to analyze EMG activity eight shoulder muscles both right and left arms during golf results reveal infraspinatus supraspinatus act predominantly at extremes range motion, subscapularis pectoralis major acceleration, latissimus dorsi forward swing, anterior deltoid swing follow-through. middle posterior deltoids appear be relatively noncontributory, without any specific timing patterns. This data an expansion earlier pilot allows us more accurately develop exercise program for optimal performance as well prevention rehabilitation.
