摘要: The addition of carbon capture and storage to a power station will impact the net generated increase cost electricity produced from stations. A method is presented help design compression process retrofitted station. It combines simulation, automated heat integration multi-objective optimisation. methodology applied coal fired combined with potassium carbonate based solvent absorption. To 90% CO2 emissions energy penalty, ratio change in efficiency due relative original station, can be reduced 38% 14% using this method. However minimise electricity, more modest reductions penalty 25%–30% are recommended.
