摘要: Many studies have considered spectroscopy for measurement of soil carbon (SC), and there is potential to be used as a cost time effective approach assess quality (SQ). In this research, the relationship between SC SQ in Irish grassland soils was studied; particularly efficiency chemometric techniques assessing its contribution SQ. The study conducted using 20 sites with 5 replicates per site (n = 100 samples). Twenty properties were measured standard methods indicators. Management intensity classified K-means clustering, results reflected trend indicative poorer under more intensive management. Soil porosity, CN ratio selected minimum data set principal component analysis most discriminating indicator impact management on visible near-infrared spectra showed good (R2 0.91, RMSE 0.4, RPD 2.94) prediction SC. Spectroscopy allowed rapid evaluation SC, because strong intensity, can provide rapid, low cost, quantitative method evaluating
