摘要: As2Se3.4glass samples with controlled oxygen content in the range (1.4–7.9) × 10–2wt % were used to assess effect of impurity on IR absorption spectrum glass. The spectral dependence extinction coefficient for was determined 600–1400 cm–1. It shown that presence 10–5wt O gives rise additional losses comparable intrinsic CO2lasing range.
