摘要: 1. A compound of hyaluronate and protein, called hyaluronate–protein was isolated from pooled human synovial fluids by caesium chloride density-gradient ultracentrifugation. 2. The labelled with [125I]iodide the following studies were done. (a) Ultracentrifugation in showed that protein moiety (125I counts) (hexuronate) sedimented together middle gradient. (b) treated trypsin, ultracentrifugation peptide fragments dispersed throughout gradient, indicating proteolytic digestion. Hyaluronate (c) digested streptococcal hyaluronidase, digestion polysaccharide. moiety, without attached hyaluronate, now at top (d) 4m-guanidinium together. 3. These confirm is combined a small quantity normal fluid. mild method for rapid isolation good yield described.
