摘要: The widely used term “secondary structure” implies that it is of value to consider the structure a protein as organized hierarchically. “Hierarchic” relates idea can be considered on at least two levels; there are, in fact, three levels interest here, namely, covalent (primary), structural organization stereoregular regions specific backbone conformations (secondary), and way which they are assembled three-dimensional conformation (tertiary structure) make protein. recently introduced concept “supersecondary” intermediate secondary tertiary describes interactions between structures space. It should also stated more recommended definition covers all conformations, stereoirregular well stereoregular.
