摘要: Background. The optimal management of common bile duct stones in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy remains controversial. Methods. A prospective study was conducted 145 the 481 who had a preoperative endoscopic retrograde cholangiogram before their cholecystectomy. Results. Endoscopic successful 138 (95%), and calculi were found 72 (50%) them. sphincterotomy with ductal clearance achieved 62 67 during mean 1.4 sessions (range, 1 to 5). Five (3.4%) complications after intervention, all which resolved uneventfully.
