摘要: Introduction: Surface roughness can increase the retention of castings by ridges and grooves that are microretentive. This study compared implant-supported crowns when used with 3 different surface abutments one temporary cement. Methods: Thirty solid (ITI), 4 mm high, were divided into three groups randomly. In first group, 10 roughened sandblast (50-µm aluminum oxide) in second diamond bur. The third group had no treatment. Then, thirty implant fixture analogs (ITI) placed center acrylic cylinders. After a abutment was tightened on each analog 35 N/cm force. base metal made ITI using plastic coping. prepared copings cemented TempBond cement finally, pulled from universal test machine at cross speed 0.5cm/min. Results: mean tensile strength sandblasted, bur treated, control 64.38±8, 91.37±7.19, 58.61±1.93, respectively. Bur treated showed higher comparison two other groups. Conclusion: modification may be an effective method to crown is used.
