摘要: The haemagglutinin membrane glycoprotein of Hong Kong influenza virus forms large crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction analysis. were formed by precipitation in 80% sodium citrate the released from particles digestion with bromelain. They are tetragonal P 4 1 or 3 unit-cell dimensions a = 164 A, c 178 A.
