摘要: Electrocardiograms of 20 consecutive donor and paired recipient orthotopic heart transplant patients were compared. Recipients markedly older than donors; all males, both groups had similar body weight. The rate was faster, QRS longer, QT shorter, axis more shift to the left, precordial voltage decreased in ECGs first 72 hours after transplant. These changes persisted during late follow-up (12 +/- 6 months transplant). Seventy percent 60% recipients within follow-up, respectively, a new RBBB delay compared their ECG. There trend toward less clockwise rotation who incomplete did not. Thus delays, shortening, left shift, decrease are commonly seen on cardiac transplantation. A position recipient's weight do not seem account for development voltage. Other factors, such as mechanical or thermal injury change donor-to-recipient age, may be involved.
